   General condition of residence and reservation:
In the rental price is included bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating, weekly change of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths and final cleaning at departure.
The cost of the telephone is on the basis of impulses used and Telekom price per impulse.
Security deposit: 100 Eur per apartment
Prices are increased: 50% for 1 day stay, 30% for 2 days stay, 10% for 3 days stay and 30% from 23 December to 3 January.

- pets by arrangement 20 Eur

- 14 to 20 days 5% discount

Tourist tax  included in the rental price.
Terms of payment: payment on departure. For 100% payment in cash on arrival, we offer 2% discount for stays over 7 days.
Method of payment: in cash, showing on account, with credit cards Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
Reservation fee: 30% of the total expected rental. Terms of reservation: apartments can be rented or reserved while free and unreserved. Reservation is completed by paying a reservation fee or authorizing the use of credit cards for paying reservation by providing us with the type, number, control number and expiry date of the credit card.
Canceling reservations: guests have the right to the return of the reservation fee with written cancellation of residence:
- to 30 days before arrival: 80% reservation fee
- from 29 to 22 days before arrival: 60% reservation fee
- from 21 to 15 days before arrival: 40% reservation fee
- from 14 to 8 days before arrival: 20% reservation fee
- up to 7 days before arrival, the reservation fee is not returnable.
Arrival: the accommodation can be at your disposal from 14.00 to 18.00 p.m., except if the guest arrives on some other appointed time. Departure: after 10:00 a.m.
All services are payable in (MKD). For certain rental cases, different conditions of residence can be negotiated as stated in this general notice and conditions of residence. The guest is bound to apply for reclamation to our agency on the same day an irregularity is found, in writing within 8 days of completing residence. In other cases, reclamation will not be considered.
